3-Piece Compression Mounts & Adjustments

Learn how to easily disassemble and re-assemble a 3-piece compression mount frame. In this workshop each participant will learn how to replace old worn out bushings utilizing the right tools and frame parts. We will review the best practices for achieving a great looking pair of rimless eyewear and how to properly adjust them.

This workshop will provide an overview of blue light. We will discuss topics like what are the different ranges of blue light, how is it measured, what are some of the myths, what are some of the facts and much more.

Semi-Rimless & Nylon Cords

Learn how to re-string a nylon cord into a semi-rimless frame. In this workshop each participant will learn how to properly replace the bottom cord as well as the upper Figure 8 cord utilizing the right tools. We will review the best practices for handling semi-rimless frames without “the fear of breaking the cord”. Replace the cords, re-insert the lenses and finally re-adjust that great looking pair of semi-rimless eyewear.

In this workshop participants will learn how to take a metal frame that has been accidentally distorted and return it to a “standard alignment”. You will be coached on how to use the proper tool for each individual adjustment.

Learn how to properly remove and replace all types of nosepads, screw-on, push-on, and clip-on. You will learn the importance of using the right tool and which working aid will expedite the task at hand. Specialty tools for a-typical pads will be also reviewed.

In this workshop participants will learn how easy and simple it is to remove a spring hinge and then reassemble it using OEM screws. Let us show you how having the right tools are key in learning how easily this repair can be accomplished.
