Yes, we only accept orders totaling more than $50.00, prior to adding any sales tax and freight.

Sios accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Please be aware that your entire order, including freight, will be charged at the time of checkout.   There may be times when a product is backordered. You will be billed for the backordered product at the time of checkout and the product will be shipped out as soon as it becomes available.

At check out, simply select, “Create an Account”. Payment will be expected at the time of your online order.

Yes. Once you have completed and submitted your order, an e-mail confirmation will go to the user’s e-mail address confirming the order.

Sios accepts returns of any merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and in good selling condition. Any items returned for credit must include a Return Authorization Number. To receive an RMA number, please call 855-644-SIOS (7467).   Please note that custom printed items/orders are final sale and are not returnable.
